From Reality to Purpose
Little girls always have and always will love their dates with Mommy—getting their nails done, dressing up, and sharing those little moments. And us dads? We’re usually okay with getting left out of that. But it would be nice to have something just for us.
We might not have matching nails… or the same dresses… or identical hair. But we can match when we hit the beach or the pool. We can show up for them in a way that makes them feel special, seen, and just as connected to their dads as they do to their moms. And trust me—she’ll remember it.
After filming Temptation Island, I came home realizing I had a rare opportunity—a chance to build something meaningful with my daughter and give back in a way that actually matters. The show put a mirror in front of me and made me confront parts of myself I had ignored for too long. When I left, I knew I had work to do—not just as a father, but as a man.
For eight months, I was a BetterHelp patient. I had therapy sessions every week, and I can confidently say that without them, I wouldn’t be the man I am today. Therapy gave me the clarity to build something real, something that wasn’t just about me. It gave me the confidence to show up fully for my daughter and the purpose to create something bigger than just a swimwear brand.
That’s why Amora Beachwear is so much more than just matching swimwear. 10% of every single purchase goes directly to helping parents get mental healthcare through BetterHelp or providing meals to kids in the U.S. through Blessings in a Backpack. We built this into our brand because I know firsthand what it’s like to need support and not know where to turn. And I also know what it’s like to have a little girl looking up at me, trusting me to always be there.
So yeah—this is just swimwear. But it’s also so much more than that. It’s a way to make her feel like your perfect match, a way to create moments you’ll never forget, and a way to give back while doing it.
And for all the dads out there—you might think it’s just a pair of swim trunks. But I promise you, when you put them on and see your little girl light up, you’ll get it.
